Account Deletion

You can delete your TradeSpar account directly from the app by following these steps:

1. Open TradeSpar and sign in with your Google account.
2. Click your profile icon (top-right on PC, top-left on mobile).
3. Expand the "System Settings" section.
4. Click the "Delete Account" button (shown in red).
5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click "Delete" to confirm.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account information — Google profile data (name, email, profile picture)
• Portfolio data — USDT balance, coin holdings, and all settings
• Trade history — All past buy/sell transaction records
• Order history — All open and completed orders
• Asset history — Historical portfolio snapshots
• User preferences — Nickname, nationality, language, currency, and date format settings

Once your account is deleted, all data is removed immediately and cannot be recovered. There is no additional retention period. The deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (collected via Google Analytics) that cannot be linked back to your account may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Guest users do not have a server-side account. All guest data is stored locally on your device. To remove guest data, simply clear your browser's local storage or uninstall the app.
